MEMORIALIZING ORDER


In accordance with the dates set at the October 16, 2002 Status Conference, it is hereby ORDERED that:

(1) Responses to Motions in limine shall be filed on or before December 2, 2002.
(2) In addition to dates already set, the Court will add the following:
January 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. — Status Conference Pretrial Conference
February 19, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. — Status Conference Pretrial Conference
March 3, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. — Final Pretrial Conference
(3) Proposed Voir Dire Questions, Jury Instructions, and Verdict Forms shall be submitted on February 24. 2003. Parties shall submit one consolidated set per side. In addition, these shall be submitted electronically via email to the law clerk of the undersigned.
(4) The Court will hold a hearing on the "Scope of the Conspiracy" Motions for summary judgment [generally, # 2, 3, 6-22] on November 21, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. Parties shall submit a proposal as to who will argue on behalf of which plaintiff and defendant groups no later than November 4. 2002.
(5) The Court will hold a hearing on any Motions in limine on January 16. 2003 at 10:00 a.m
