ORDER RE: Motions Hearings


It is hereby ORDERED that:

(1) Parties shall submit a proposal as to the order of argument and who will argue on behalf of which plaintiff and defendant groups no later than January 8, 2003 for the hearing on the motions in limine scheduled for January 16, 2003.

(2) In all filings with the Court, Parties shall refer to the motions in limine according to the numbers used in the updated summary charts of plaintiffs' [#1(A-G)-2] and defendants' [#1-20] motions submitted to the Court on December 19, 2002.

(3) In light of the fact that the Court has now cleared its calendar in order to hear argument on certain Daubert motions on Monday, February 3, 2003 (in addition to the January 27, 2003 date already set), Parties shall submit a proposal as to which motions shall be heard on each date and who will argue no later than January 10, 2003.
