ORDER RE: Motions Hearing


Due to a conflict in the Court's schedule, it is hereby

ORDERED that the hearing on [#46] UCB Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment scheduled for April 25, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. is continued until May 5, 2003. It is further hereby

ORDERED that parties shall submit no later than April 30, 2003 a list of who will be arguing each motion scheduled for hearing on May 5, 2003. Only one attorney will be permitted to argue for each side.

In light of the request for clarification as to the time limit for the hearing on motions #25 ConAgra, Inc.'s Motion For Summary Judgment On Claims That It Conspired To Restrain Trade of Choline Chloride and #51 Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Against Defendants ConAgra and DuCoa Regarding Their Liability For Participation in the Choline Chloride Component of The Vitamins Antitrust Conspiracy, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court will hear these motions together and that each side will be limited to 30 minutes for both motions.

SO ORDERED.
