IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Class Plaintiff's Co-Lead Counsel and Counsel for defendants DuCoa, L.P. and DCV, Inc. ("DuCoa Defendants"), that:

(1) At such point when judgment is entered, interest shall run from June 20, 2003.

(2) Enforcement of a judgment is stayed pending disposition of any Fed R. Civ. P. 50 or 59 motions filed by the DuCoa Defendants.
