CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER (7.0)


It is hereby ORDERED that:

1. The format for the Pretrial Conference to be held on September 18, 2002 is as follows: the Court will meet with the Plaintiffs from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and the Defendants from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon in Conference Room No. 6314 on the Sixth Floor.

2. Each side shall submit to chambers a list of attendees, numbering no more than 28, no later than 12 noon on September 17, 2002.

3. All parties will be prepared to discuss whether or not the January 2003 trial will proceed before a jury.

4. Due to a conflict in the Court's schedule, oral argument will not be heard on Defendant's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on Plaintiffs' Claims for Damages Based on the Present Value of Alleged Overcharges on September 17, 2002.
