ORDER


RE: Telephone Status Conference Concerning Certain Dispositive Motions

It is hereby

ORDERED that the Court will hold a Telephone Status Conference on the procedural issues implicated in the dispositive motions concerning foreign purchases [#37 — 40] on Friday, July 18, 2003 at 4:30 p.m.. It is further hereby

ORDERED that parties will provide to the Court (via email to the law clerk of the undersigned) a list of lead counsel involved in each motion and a list of jurisdictions to which each case implicated in the each motion shall be remanded no later that COB, Thursday, July 17, 2003. It is further hereby

ORDERED that parties shall set up a conference call appropriate to handle the number of attorneys participating and shall provide that number to the Court in advance of the status conference.

SO ORDERED.
