ORDER


It is hereby ORDERED that:

1. Defendants' oral motion made at the December 12, 2001 status conference respecting the location of depositions of Plaintiffs' witnesses is DENIED. The Court's Order of November 30, 2001 stands.

2. The February 11, 2002 discovery deadline as ordered in the Court's July 28, 2001 Order Re: Seconded Amended Pretrial Schedule shall now be the deadline for notification of all fact discovery rather than completion.

3. In addition to Court posting this Order on the Court's website, the Special Master will ensure that this ORDER is submitted for posting on Verilaw.

SO ORDERED.
