ORDER


Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs' Motion to Clarify Order of April 4, 2002 and to Compel Defendants to Produce their "Other Written Communications" to Governmental Authorities. Upon careful consideration of the Plaintiffs' Motion, Defendants' Opposition, the entire record herein, and for substantially the same reasons as set forth in the Special Master's January 11, 2002 Report and Recommendations affirmed by the Court by Order of April 4, 2002, it is hereby

ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion is GRANTED. It is further hereby

ORDERED that Defendants F. Hoffman-LaRoche Ltd., BASE AG, Rhone-Poulenc S.A., and Rhone-Poulenc Animal Nutrition S.A. shall produce their "other written communications" to governmental authorities, with the exception of Canada, no later than August 5, 2002.

SO ORDERED.
