ORDER


Upon consideration of Certain Defendants' Motion for Leave to Submit Recent Notice of the European Commission Relating to The European Commission's Antitrust Leniency Policy, it is this 21st day of February, 2002

ORDERED that Certain Defendants' motion is GRANTED. The European Commission's Notice on Immunity from fines and reduction of fines in cartel cases and related materials submitted with Defendants' motion are deemed filed and included part of the record in of Certain Defendants' Rule 53 Objections to the Special Master's Report and Recommendation Dated January 11, 2002.
