Petition for writ of Mandamus Denied
On January 16, 2024, relator filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and a motion for emergency relief After consideration of the petition and record, this court concludes relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Relator's motion for emergency relief is DENIED as moot.
It is so ORDERED.
