IN THE INTEREST OF V.D.L. AND V.D.L., Children

From the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2016-PA-01463 Honorable Nicole Garza, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On July 28, 2024, appellant filed a motion to extend time to file his brief. Appellant's request is premature because, to date, neither the clerk's record nor the reporter's record has been filed. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a) (specifying deadline to file appellant's brief in accelerated appeal is twenty days after clerk's record and reporter's record have been filed). Therefore, appellant's motion is DENIED without prejudice to appellant seeking relief, as necessary, at the appropriate time.

It is so ORDERED.
