IN RE CARLOS VAUGHN

On Appeal from the 134th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DC-16-14732

ORDER

The reporter's record in this appeal was first due April 3, 2017. On May 9, 2017, after being given additional time to file the record, court reporter Vielica Dobbins informed the Court the record had not been requested. By letter dated that same day, we directed appellant to file, no later than May 19, 2017, written verification he had requested preparation of the record and either had paid or made arrangements to pay for the record or was entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We cautioned appellant in that letter that failure to comply could result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c). To date, appellant has not responded, and the record has still not been filed. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See id.

As the clerk's record has been filed, we ORDER appellant to file his brief no later than July 6, 2017.
