IN RE: LUIZ VALDETARO, Relator

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 4 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. CC-21-02555-D

Before Justices Molberg, Goldstein, and Breedlove

ORDER

KEN MOLBERG, JUSTICE

Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we CONDITIONALLY GRANT relator's petition for writ of mandamus in part. We DIRECT the trial court to (1) vacate its July 11, 2023, order granting the bill of review, and (2) issue an order denying real party in interest's April 13, 2023, petition for bill of review. In all other respects, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. The Court ORDERS the trial court to file with this Court, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, a certified copy of the order(s) entered pursuant to this Order.

The writ will issue only if the trial court fails to comply with this Order.
