This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2019-CI-08697, styled Suzanne C. Esqueda v. UV Logistics, LLC d/b/a United Vision Logistics, et al., pending in the 438th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Antonia "Toni" Arteaga presiding.
ORDER
On May 27, 2020, relator filed a motion to dismiss its petition for writ of mandamus because the relief sought in its petition has been obtained. We grant the motion and dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus.
It is so ORDERED on June 17, 2020.
