STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER RE FURTHER EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
U.S. TRUSTEE TO FILE OBJECTION TO SIXTH INTERIM APPLICATION OF
STINSON MORRISON HECKER LLP FOR COMPENSATION
AS COUNSEL JANET M. NESSE, CHAPTER 7 TRUSTEE
Stinson, Morrison Hecker LLP (hereafter " Applicant") and the United States Trustee for Region 4, by and through their respective undersigned counsel, have agreed to further extend the time within which the United States Trustee may file any comment, objection or other responsive pleading that he may have to the Sixth Interim Fee Application of Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP, as Counsel for Janet M. Nesse, Chapter 7 Trustee, (Dkt. No. 799) (hereafter, "Fee Application").
Applicant and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Thursday, September 27, 2012, to file a comment, objection or other responsive pleading to the Fee Application.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve and enter this Stipulation and Consent Order.
