ORDER GRANTING MOTION PURSUANT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULE 2090-1(E)(2) FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE


Upon consideration of the motion (the "Motion") of William McCarron, Jr., Of Counsel with the law firm of Morrison Foerster LLP, for the admission pro hac vice of Daniel G. Clodfelter, Ben Hawfield and Hillary B. Crabtree; and it appearing to the Court that upon all of the proceedings had before the Court; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefor; it is

ORDERED that the Motion is granted and that Daniel G. Clodfelter, Ben Hawfield and Hillary B. Crabtree are permitted to appear pro hac vice in the above-captioned cases and in any related adversary proceedings and litigation on behalf of the City of Charlotte.
