ORDER GRANTING MOTION PURSUANT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULE 2090-1(E)(2) FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE


Upon consideration of the motion (the "Motion") of Timothy D. Battin, Esq., for the admission pro hac vice of Robert S. Clayman, John A. Edmond and Jeffrey A. Bartos, and it appearing to the Court that upon all of the proceedings had before the Court; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefor; it is

ORDERED that Robert S. Clayman, John A. Edmond and Jeffrey A. Bartos are permitted to appear pro hac vice as counsel to Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO in the above-captioned chapter 11 cases.
