ORDER GRANTING ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE


THIS MATTER came on the Motion of James E. Anklam, a member of the bar of this Court, for the admission pro hac vice of Harvey A. Strickon of the law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky Walker, LLP, to serve as counsel to Rolls-Royce plc, and

IT APPEARED that the Motion is proper and should be granted, it is therefore hereby

ORDERED that Harvey A. Strickon is admitted pro hac vice to practice before this Court pursuant to Local Rule 2090-1(E)(2) as counsel for Rolls-Royce plc.

ORDERED that the Motion is hereby GRANTED.
