ORDER
PER CURIAM
Relator, Francisco Urbina-Rinconada, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus requesting relief from this court. In the interest of conservation of judicial resources, we ABATE this mandamus proceeding until the Court of Criminal Appeals resolves In re State ex rel. Smith, WR-93,354-06, or until further order of this court.
We ORDER that the underlying proceeding remain stayed during the pendency of this abatement.
We further ORDER the parties to advise the court, in writing, of any judgment or order that disposes of In re State ex rel. Smith issued by the Court of Criminal Appeals in WR-93,354-06 within ten days of issuance.
It is so ORDERED.
