However, the challenged order was signed by the Honorable Gloria Saldaña, presiding judge of the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas.

MEMORANDUM OPINION
PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
The court has considered relator's petition for a writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. Relator has not established that its appellate remedy is inadequate. See In re Thompson, Coe, Cousins, Irons, LLP, 212 S.W.3d 918, 922 (Tex.App.-Tyler 2007, orig. proceeding); In re Texas Dep' t of Family Prot. Servs., 2004 WL 2965434 at *1 (Tex.App.-San Antonio 2004, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relator's petition for a writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).
