MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before the Court is the petition for writ of mandamus filed on Dec. 27, 2007 and joinder in petition for writ of mandamus filed on January 4, 2008. In the joinder in petition, AIU Insurance Company, American Home Assurance Company, Birmingham Fire Insurance Company of Pennsylvania, Granite State Insurance Company, Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania, Landmark Insurance Company, Lexington Insurance Company, National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA, New Hampshire Insurance Company, Travelers Casualty and Surety Company, and The Travelers Property Casualty Company of America, who were not named as relators in the petition filed on December 27, 2007, assert they submit the joinder to "emphasize their unique circumstances in more detail." We STRIKE the joinder in petition without prejudice. In the December 27, 2007 petition, relators contend the trial court abused its discretion when it denied the motions to stay and the motions to dismiss for forum non conveniens. Based on the record presented, relators have failed to show that they are entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a). Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED.
