Nos. 05-11-01355-CV, 05-11-01356-CV, 05-11-01357-CV

Opinion issued October 11, 2011.

Original Proceeding from the 282nd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause Nos. F98-02721, F98-48233, and F98-48234.

Before Justices MORRIS, FRANCIS and MYERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is relator's motion to compel judgment, which we construe as a petition for writ of mandamus. Relator complains the trial court has failed to rule on his motion to obtain clerk's records, which he seeks in order to prepare a petition for writ of habeas corpus. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. This Court does not have jurisdiction over relator's petition. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 11.07 (West Supp. 2010); In re Curry, No. 05-08-00064-CV, 2008 WL 311018, at *1 (Tex. App.-Dallas Feb. 5, 2008, orig. proceeding) (mem. op.). Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for a writ of mandamus for want of jurisdiction.
