IN THE MATTER OF A MEMBER OF THE BAR OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE: JAMES B. TYLER, III No. 374, 2000 Supreme Court of Delaware February 3, 2003

ORDER

This 3rd day of February, 2003, it appears to the Court that:

(1) Pursuant to the Order of the Delaware Supreme Court dated September 5, 2000 ("Probation Order"), James B. Tyler, III, Esquire was subject to a two-year public probation with conditions.
(2) Rule 20(a) of the Delaware Lawyers' Rules of Disciplinary Procedure ("Procedural Rules") sets forth the method by which a period of probation with conditions is officially terminated by the Court.
(3) On January 2, 2003, Mr. Tyler filed an Affidavit of Completion of Probation with the Court as required by Procedural Rule 20(a).
(4) As of September 5, 2002, Mr. Tyler fully complied with the terms and conditions of the Probation Order.
(5) The Office of Disciplinary Counsel agrees that Mr. Tyler's probation with conditions should be terminated.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

Mr. Tyler's two-year probation imposed by the Probation Order is hereby terminated.
