No. CAF 07-01122.

March 14, 2008.

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Herkimer County (Henry A. LaRaia, J.), entered May 21, 2007 in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b. The order, among other things, adjudged that respondent had abandoned his child and transferred the guardianship and custody rights of respondent to petitioner.
