ORDER
It is ORDERED that the motion of Fair Share Housing Center to hold the Court’s consideration of the petitions for certification and cross-petitions for certification is granted. Fair Share Housing Center shall provide the Clerk of the Court with an update regarding the status of the settlement negotiations and proposed agreement by December 3, 2024.
