ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The prosecutor's confession of error is APPROVED. MCR 7.211(C)(7). The portion of the January 8, 2021, order which terminated respondent father's parental rights to his daughter, KRT, is VACATED and this matter is REMANDED to the trial court for dismissal of only that portion of the termination petition that applies to respondent father's parental rights to KRT.

This Court does not retain jurisdiction.
