ORDER
PER CURIAM :
AND NOW, this 1st day of August, 2012, Harry Tun, by Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals decided August 11, 2011, and amended August 18, 2011, having been suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia for a period of eighteen months, with six months of the suspension stayed, followed by a one-year period of probation on conditions agreed to by the parties; the said Harry Tun having been directed on April 18, 2012, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and no response having been filed, it is
ORDERED that Harry Tun is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of one year consistent with the Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals decided August 11, 2011, and amended August 18, 2011, and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
