ORDER
Appellant notified this court that a portion of the reporter's record was missing on September 28, 2017 through a motion to abate the appeal. A supplemental reporter's record containing the missing testimony was filed on October 13, 2017. Accordingly, appellant's motion to abate the appeal is DENIED. The appellant's brief is due within ten (10) days from the date of this order. No further extensions of time to file the appellant's brief will be considered.
