MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relators, Trico Marine Services, Inc.; Trico Marine Operators, Inc.; Trico Marine Assets, Inc.; Trico Services Maritimos, LTDA.; and Trico Marine International, Inc., filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining that Judge Jeff Work abused his discretion in denying their motion to stay arbitration.

The Honorable Jeff Work, judge of the 189th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is Trico Marine Services, Inc.; Trico Marine Operators, Inc.; Trico Marine Assets, Inc.; Trico Services Maritimos, LTDA.; and Trico Marine International, Inc. v. Stewart Stevenson Technical Services, Inc., and GE Packaged Power, Inc.; No. 2000-28760.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
