ORIGINAL PROCEEDING
MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM
Relators have filed an unopposed motion to dismiss their petition for writ of mandamus. They state in their motion that the parties have agreed to a settlement and, therefore, this Court does not need to take further action on the petition. Because Relators have met the requirements of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(a)(1), the motion is granted, and the petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed.Panel consisted of Worthen, C.J., Griffith, J., and Hoyle, J.
