IN RE: Judge Mark V. Tranquilli Court of Common Pleas 5th Judicial District Allegheny County


ORDER

AND NOW this 15th day of October, 2020, after Argument, it is ORDERED that:

1. The proferred testimony of Shaun Gabbidon, Ph.D., is excluded as unnecessary for the Court;

2. The introduction into evidence of the full transcript of the deposition of Judge Tranquilli is permitted;

3. The polygraph examination results of Judge Tranquilli are excluded from evidence as the request for their admission was withdrawn;

4. Evidence concerning the Patterson v. Patterson Custody Conciliation is allowed as being within the exceptions to Judicial Conduct Board Rule of Procedure 15;

5. The Judicial Conduct Board is to provide counsel for Judge Tranquilli with any statements in its possession in which a witness states knowledge or belief that Judge Tranquilli either is or is not racially prejudiced; and

6. The Trial in this case will commence in the Main Courtroom at 200 Main Street, Brookville, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at 1:00 p.m.
