ORDER

Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we CONDITIONALLY GRANT relators' petition for writ of mandamus, in part. We ORDER the trial judge, the Honorable Dale B. Tillery, to vacate the portions of the Second Amended Order on Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel that require relators to produce: (1) documents identifying the folders and subfolders of the enumerated databases: (2) documents identifying the titles or subject matter of the design investigation reports within MIK; (3) an index, ledger, bibliography, or other compilation of information by which the papers that are maintained in Toyota's technical library can be identified; (4) listing of tracking numbers; and (5) listing or descriptions of the SMART teams.

We further ORDER the trial judge to file with this Court, within fifteen (15) days of the date of this order, a certified copy of his order issued in compliance with this order. Should the trial court fail to comply with the order, the writ will issue.
