Case No. 90-00528-BKC-6C1, Adversary No. 91-022 (Bankr. M.D. Fla. Dec. 18, 2000)

Opinion

Case No. 90-00528-BKC-6C1, Adversary No. 91-022.

December 18, 2000.

ORDER CORRECTING MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

The court has discovered a typographical error occurring in its Memorandum of Decision entered on November 9, 2000 (Document No. 118). The word "not" is missing from the fourth sentence of the first paragraph of Section V.E.4.b.iv. appearing at page 259.

The court, therefore, corrects the Memorandum of Decision by inserting the missing word "not" in that sentence. As corrected, the sentence now reads: "The without knowledge requirement is not satisfied `if the transferee knew facts that would lead a reasonable person to believe that the property [transferred] was recoverable.'"

The court has made a pen and ink correction to this effect on the original Memorandum of Decision.

DONE and ORDERED at Tampa, Florida, this 18th day of December, 2000.
