IN RE BARRYON TOWNSEND

On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

ORDER

Before Justices Contreras, Benavides, and Longoria
Per Curiam Order

Relator Barryon Townsend filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in the above causes on April 25, 2017 requesting that we compel the trial court to rule on his motion for nunc pro tunc judgment in trial court cause numbers 89-CR-0945-H(2) and 90-CR-1948-H(2) in the 347th District Court of Nueces County, Texas. The Court requests that the State of Texas, acting by and through the District Attorney of Nueces County, Texas, or any others whose interest would be directly affected by the relief sought, file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8. The Court GRANTS relator's motion to suspend Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.3 insofar as it will accept paper rather than electronic filings from him.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

PER CURIAM Do not publish.
TEX. R. APP. P. 47.2(b). Delivered and filed the 27th day of April, 2017.
