ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 19-114, concluding that Emery Z. Toth of Perth Amboy, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1974, should be disciplined for violating RPC 1.4(b)(failure to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and to promptly comply with reasonable requests for information);
And the Disciplinary Review Board having further concluded that respondent should be required to complete certain continuing legal education courses;
And the Court having determined from its review of the matter that a censure is the appropriate quantum of discipline for respondent's unethical conduct;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Emery Z. Toth is hereby censured; and it is further
ORDERED that Emery Z. Toth shall complete two credits of continuing legal education courses focused on office technology each year for a period of three years, which credits shall be in addition to those required by Rule 1:42-2 and the Supreme Court Board on Continuing Legal Education; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
WITNESS, the Honorable Stuart Rabner, Chief Justice, at Trenton, this 11th day of February, 2020.
