Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2011-CI-05192, styled In the Interest of J.E.T., a Child, pending in the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Stephani A. Walsh presiding.

ORDER

Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Karen Angelini, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice

On September 5, 2017, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus, which Relator amended on September 6, 2017. Relator filed a motion seeking emergency relief on September 6, 2017, which he amended that same day. The court has considered the amended petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion Relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the amended petition for writ of mandamus and amended motion for emergency relief are DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The court's opinion will issue at a later date.

It is so ORDERED on October 4, 2017.
