ORDER
PER CURIAM :
AND NOW, this 1st day of August, 2012, Toan Quy Thai having been indefinitely suspended from the practice of law before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Immigration Courts and the Department of Homeland Security by Order of the Board of Immigration Appeals dated February 9, 2011; the said Toan Quy Thai having been directed on April 25, 2012, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and no response having been filed, it is
ORDERED that Toan Quy Thai is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth consistent with the Order of the Board of Immigration Appeals dated February 9, 2011, and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
