ORDER
On November 14, 2024, Relators, TJ Bolt Construction, LLC, et al., filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief to stay, pending our resolution of this mandamus petition, a final hearing scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on November 19, 2024, in the Fifth Judicial District Court of Cass County.
After reviewing Relators' emergency motion for temporary relief, this Court is of the opinion that the requested relief should be granted. Therefore, we hereby stay the November 19, 2024, final hearing pending our review of Relators' petition for a writ of mandamus.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
