ORDER
On June 22, 2016, appellant filed a motion seeking a sixty-one day extension to August 29, 2016 to file a brief. On June 23, 2016, we granted appellant's motion to the extent that we extended the time to August 10, 2016. On the same day this Court's order issued, the Court received appellant's June 23, 2016 amended motion for extension of time to file a brief and appellees' response to appellant's June 22nd motion. Appellant seeks the same relief in his amended motion. In light of this Court's June 23rd order, we DENY appellant's amended motion as moot.
