AND NOW, this day of , 2017, upon consideration of the Motion of the Respondent, David W. Tidd, for an Extension of Time to File the Brief, is it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED the said Motion is GRANTED.
Respondent's Brief shall be filed on or before July 21, 2017.

J. MOTION OF THE RESPONDENT , DAVID W. TIDD, FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE BRIEF
The Respondent, David W. Tidd, by and through his counsel, Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire, respectfully requests this Honorable Court grant him additional time to file the Brief in the captioned matter for the following reasons:
1. The judicial trial, which was approximately seven days in length, ended on Thursday, June 8, 2017. The Court ordered Briefs in thirty days, which would make the Brie due on or before June 8, 2017.
2. Mr. Stretton, during this time period, moved his law office, has tried several cases and has two major back-to-back jury trials starting July 10, 2017 and July 17, 2017, in addition to several disciplinary cases and a number of upcoming appellate briefing schedules.
3. Mr. Stretton has been working on the Brief, but is going to need until Friday, July 21, 2017 to complete the same.
4. Further, the secretary in Mr. Stretton's office who types his appellate work will be on vacation the week of July 3, 2017.
WHEREFORE, Mr. Stretton is respectfully requesting an extension of time until Friday, July 21, 2017 to file the Brief and Findings of Fact on behalf of the Respondent, David W. Tidd.
