MOTION TO CONTINUE THE PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Samuel C. Stretton, Esquire, on behalf of Judge Tidd, hereby respectfully requests to continue the pre-trial conference set for December 9, 2016 for the following reasons:
1. Mr. Stretton has already paid for an all-day seminar in Montgomery County on Capital Punishment. Mr. Stretton needs this seminar to continue to qualify to do death penalty cases and he is currently handling death penalty cases even now. Therefore, Mr. Stretton, requests a continuance.
2. Further, Mr. Stretton would ask if new dates are set if they could be checked with him because he has numerous trials and just picking a date might create problems. But, in any event, Mr. Stretton, is requesting a continuance because of the Capital Law Seminar, which he needs to continue to be able to handle his capital case and receive future ones.
