ORDER
AMD NOW, this 7th day of October, 2016, following a status conference held with all counsel and Respondent, it is ORDERED as follows:
On or before October 20, 2016, the parties shall file a brief setting forth their respective positions and the supporting legal authority concerning:
a. whether the Board should be required to produce one audio/video recording in its possession which it maintains is not relevant to the charges in the Board Complaint;
b. whether the Board should be required to produce all witness statements and interview notes for all of the interviews it conducted in its investigation of this matter.
