IN THE MATTER OF MARY F. THURBER, AN ATTORNEY AT LAW (ATTORNEY NO. 015791985)


ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 23-274, recommending as a matter of reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 1:20-14(a) that Mary F. Thurber of Hackensack, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1986, should be reprimanded for conduct that violated the equivalents of RPC 1.1(a) (engaging in gross neglect) and RPC 1.3 (lacking diligence); And the Court having determined that the conduct underlying the charges in this attorney disciplinary matter necessarily was addressed in In re Thurber, 255 N.J, 321, 300 A.3d 976 (2023), wherein the Court imposed a censure;

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the formal complaint filed against Mary F. Thurber in District Docket No. XIV-2023-0234E is hereby dismissed.
