ORDER RE: MOTIONS FOR SANCTIONS


Upon that certain Motion for Sanctions Bankruptcy Fraud; Concealment and False Oaths [sic] (Doc. I.D. No. 45, the "First Motion") and the objection thereto (Doc. I.D. No. 52, the "First Objection") and upon that certain Motion for Sanctions (Doc I.D. No. 48, the "Second Motion") and the objection thereto (Doc. I.D. No. 51, the "Second Objection"); and the court, having reviewed the docket of the above-captioned case and Adversary Proceeding 02-3030, having reviewed documents annexed to that certain Request for Judicial Notice in Support of Motions for Sanctions (Doc. I.D. No. 61), having considered oral arguments, and having entered this same date a Memorandum of Decision Re: Motions for Sanctions Claim, in accordance with which, it is hereby

ORDERED that the First Motion is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that the First Objection is sustained; and it is further

ORDERED that the Second Motion is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that the Second Objection is sustained.
