ORDER

This 28th day of February 2003, it appears to the Court that the Board on Professional Responsibility filed its report and recommendation with this Court on January 30, 2003, pursuant to Rule 9(d) of the Rules of the Board on Professional Responsibility. Neither the respondent nor the Office of Disciplinary Counsel has filed objections to the Board's report. The Court has reviewed the matter pursuant to Rule 9(e) of the Rules of the Board on Professional Responsibility.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the Board's report filed on January 30, 2003 (copy attached) is hereby APPROVED. The Court hereby imposes a public reprimand and a public three-year probation in this matter subject to the terms and conditions approved by the Board. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel is directed to file within 10 days of the date of this Order the costs of the disciplinary proceedings, as well as the costs of the audits.

Thereafter, the respondent is directed to have all costs paid within 30 days. The matter is hereby CLOSED.
