ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal is set down for the January 2019 term of the Court. The responding briefs and the brief of the attorney for the child shall be filed and served on or before November 4, 2019. The reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before November 12, 2019.
