Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Samantha B. Jacob's representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by December 12, 2022, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to May 10, 2022. After that date, only about four further extensions totaling about 215 additional days are contemplated.
