Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Ellise Nicholson's representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by September 12, 2022, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to September 10, 2021. After that date, only about six further extensions totaling about 366 additional days are contemplated.
