Opinion

No. 05-10-00753-CV

Opinion issued July 6, 2010.

Original Proceeding from the Criminal District Court No. 5, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F83-81739-L.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is relator's petition for writ of mandamus naming the clerk of the court as the respondent. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. This Court does not have mandamus jurisdiction over the court clerk. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004). Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for writ of mandamus for want of jurisdiction.
