DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
Upon consideration of the Second Stipulation Providing Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company an Extension of Time Within Which to File an Objection or Otherwise Respond to the Debtor's Disclosure Statement (the "Second Stipulation") filed herein by Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company ("M&T Bank"), and with the consent of the Debtor, Thines, LLC (the "Debtor"), it is, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, HEREBY
ORDERED, that the Second Stipulation is GRANTED in its ENTIRETY; and it is further
ORDERED, that the deadline for M&T Bank to file an objection or otherwise respond to the Debtor's Disclosure Statement [Docket No. 22] is extended to February 3, 2012.
